The Madras Court last year clearly ordered to effectively stop and restrain all property registrations of plots which continue to be remaining as \u201cnot approved\u201d or people now will have to apply for the re-registration with pending layout approvals. The order passed in 2016 has been confirmed for the three weeks during the time the law was passed and till no further notice comes.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last September, Chief Justice Ms. Indira Banerjee &amp; Justice M Sundar asked for a bucket list of all the details of the applicants of registration with unapproved plots in the violation. Although, legal justice stated decision for all issues will be taken after a special sitting in May, the act has turned bitter for many after a case that held on 9\/6\/2016. The Chief Justice Kishan Kaul had apparently \u201capproved\u201d all the registrations of the plots which were still \u201cnot approved\u201d.
